Please clearly provide us with your name, address and telephone number and include a cheque or money order for $19.95 per copy of the book, plus shipping costs. US and Canadian orders require an additional $5.00 for first book. For each additional copy please add $2.00. All books are sent Priority Mail and will be sent out within three business days of our receiving your order. (Most likely the book will ship the same day you place the order!)
